The main reason behind this commotion is ignorance. Majority of the times, Muslim men and women themselves are clueless of the Islamic law which governs the community.

this is the common impression people perceive about the Islamic law of divorce. Therefore, this topic has always remained the bone of contention among the Muslims and the non-Muslims alike.

The melodrama of the husband shouting out the words ‘talaq talaq talaq…’ and the wife, already being the victim of all sorts of oppression, now facing yet another horror of divorce:

They unearth the problem, hear out both sides with punctiliousness and fairness and advise, in friendship and love, each person regarding their mistakes and shortcomings.

In order to bring about reconciliation, the team of arbitrators arranges a meeting with the wife and husband.

Husbands and wives are like two tires of a car and they have to move in the same direction if one of them gets damaged they can stop the car so both of them should treat each other with kindness.

“Al-‘Ilal” with the same Sanad of Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah, but he ranked it as Da‘if, due to the presence of ‘Ubaydullah Al-Wassafy. Yahya said, “He is not dependable,”

Abu Hatim and Al-Daraqutny is that the following Hadith is Mursal: ‘The most hateful of lawful things to Allah is divorce.’ ” Ibn Al-Jawzy mentioned the Hadith in:

This team consists of two mediators; one chosen by the wife’s family, and one by the husband’s. They may be of the couple’s family or unrelated. The Quran states۔

The Sanad (chain of narrators) includes Humayd ibn Malik who is a Da‘if (weak) narrator.” Al-Munawy related in: “Fayd Al-Qadir” that Ibn Hajar said, “The preponderant opinion of (Part No. 4; Page No. 439)

Strive to be mature and just. Remember Allah’s words in the Quran: “The parties should either hold together on equitable terms or separate with kindness.” (Surah al-Baqarah, 2:229)

Both spouses should have the fear of ALLAH. They should remember that if they are unfair to their spouse, they will be judged on their behavior by ALLAH.They should try to resolve the problem amongst themselves, then within family members.

The moral obligations of both women and men have been explicated in detail in various books on ethics, but some of these have been indicated in chapter five.

Guidelines are given both for personal behaviour and the legal process. Following these guidelines may be difficult, especially if one or both spouses feel wronged or angry

Muslims today are divorcing in larger numbers than before. There are clearly problems within families that have not been addressed; dysfunction, miscommunication, and in a number of cases violence and abuse.

One should not expect perfection on the part of the spouse because nobody’s perfect except ALLAH and His Messenger. Everybody has shortcomings..

Recognize though, that Islam outlines certain steps that need to take place both before, during, and after a divorce. The needs of both parties are considered

Marriage is a great blessing for the survival of humanity and the natural system of life, through which on the one hand the natural need of man is fulfilled and a pure system of procreation and reproduction is established in the world,

In modern times, as personal status (family) laws were codified, they generally remained “within the orbit of Islamic law”, but control over the norms of divorce shifted from traditional jurists to the state.

رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے: اَبْغَضُ الْحَلَالِ اِلَى اللَّهِ اَلطَّلَاقُ. حلال چیزوں میں خدا کے نزدیک زیادہ ناپسندیدہ چیز طلاق ہے۔ السنن، ابو داؤد، 2: 370، رقم الحدیث: 2178

خدا غصے میں کئے گئے فیصلے اور شیطان کے شر سے بچائے

ایک بڑے بزرگ نے اس کا ایک طریقہ یہ لکھا ہے کہ: دن بھر اختلاف رہے، رہنے دو؛ لیکن رات کو بستر پر اس اختلاف کو ختم کرلو اور آپس میں یہ طے کرلو کہ ہم لوگ بستر پر کوئی اختلاف باقی نہیں رکھیں گے، پھر جو صبح ہوگی وہ نہایت خوش گوار اور مسرت وشادمانی لیے ہوگی۔.

طلاق کے نقصانات میں سے بڑا نقصان خانگی تباہی ہے. طلاق کی آگ دونوں خاندانوں کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیتی ہے، جو آگے جا کر دائمی دشمنی کا سبب بنتی ہے، جس کی وجہ سے ہنستے مسکراتے خاندان جہنم کدہ بن جاتے ہیں

اس طرح طلاق کے واقعات کم سے کم تر ہوں لیکن افسوس کہ آج معاشرہ میں جہالت و نادانی اور دین سے دوری کے سبب بہت سے مرد اس معاملے میں جلد بازی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں

#طلاق_ناپسندیدہ_عملجیسا کہ بغیر عُذرِ شرعی کے فرض نماز گھر میں پڑھنا، غَصْب شُدَہ زمین میں نماز پڑھنا ( اس طرح کرنے والا گناہ گار ہوگا)، اسی طرح جمعہ کے دن اذانِ جمعہ کے بعدخریدوفروخت کرنا (کہ یہ خریدوفروخت ہوجائے گی مگر کرنے والے گناہ گار ہوں گے)۔

شرفُ الدّین حسین بن عبداللہ طِیْبی علیہ رحمۃ اللہ القَوی (سالِ وفات: 743ھ) فرماتے ہیں: اس حدیثِ پاک میں اس بات کا بیا ن ہے کہ طَلاق مَشْروع ہے یعنی دیں گے تو ہوجائے گی مگر اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک مَبْغُوض یعنی ناپسندیدہ ہے.

رسولِ کریم، رءوفٌ رَّحیم صلَّی اللہ تعالٰی علیہ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم کا فرمان ہے: اَبْغَضُ الْحَلَالِ اِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالٰى اَلطَّلَاقُ یعنی حلال چیزوں میں خدا کے نزدیک زیادہ نا پسندیدہ طلاق ہے۔(ابو داؤد،ج2،ص370، حدیث:2178)

معاشرے میں بڑھتی عدم برداشت طلاق اور خلع میں اضافہ کا سبب ہے۔

مادیت پرستی میں اضافے کی وجہ سے خصوصاً خواتین کے مطالبے بھی بہت بڑھ گئے ہیں اور خواتین کے مطالبے، خواہشات، تمنائے اور مقابلے کا یہ رجحان معاشرے کے اندر سرائیت کر تا جارہا ہے۔۔۔۔

حدیث مفہوم کا ہے
“أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ سَأَلَتْ زَوْجَهَا طَلاقًا فِي غَيْرِ مَا بَأْسٍ فَحَرَامٌ عَلَيْهَا رَائِحَةُ الْجَنَّة “
’’جس عورت نے بغیر کسی وجہ کے اپنے شوہر سے طلاق کا مطالبہ کیا اس پر جنت کی خوشبو حرام ہے‘‘

پسندیدہ لوگ واعمال: سنن ترمذی میں حضرت ابو سعید خدر ی سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ نے فرمایا:قیامت کے دن اللہ کے نزدیک جگہ پانے والے وپسندیدہ لوگوں میں سے ایک عدل کرنے والا حکمران ہے،وسب سے دور جگہ پانے والوں ونا پسندیدہ لوگوں میں سے ظالم حکمران ہے

فَيَتَعَلَّمونَ مِنهُما ما يُفَرِّقونَ بِهِ بَينَ المَرءِ وَزَوجِهِ
﴿١٠٢﴾… سورة البقرة
’’پھر بھی یہ لوگ ان سے وہ چیز سیکھتے تھے جس سے شوہر اور بیوی میں جدائی ڈال دیں‘‘

رسول اکرم ص نے صلہ رحمی کو ایمان کی علامت قرار دیا ہے ارشاد ہے وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَاليَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيَصِلْ رَحِمَهُ. جو اللہ اور یومِ آخرت (میں اس کے سامنے پیش ہونے) پر ایمان رکھتا ہے اسے چاہیے کہ رشتوں کو جوڑے

فَإِن أَطَعنَكُم فَلا تَبغوا عَلَيهِنَّ سَبيلًا ﴿٣٤﴾… سورة النساء ’’اگر وہ تمہاری مطیع ہوجائیں تو خواہ مخواہ ان پر دست درازی کے لیے بہانے نہ کرو‘‘

لاہور بار ایسوسی ایشن کے سیکرٹری سید فرہاد علی شاہ کا کہنا ہے کہ بدلتی ہوئی معاشرتی اقدار نے عائلی زندگی کو متاثر کیا ہے اور پہلے کی نسبت طلاق کو اس قدر معیوب نہیں سمجھا جاتا۔

جن بچوں کے والدین میں طلاق ہو جاتی ہے وہ جذباتی طور پر اتنا ٹوٹ جاتے ہیں کہ نہ تو کبھی زندگی میں کامیاب ہو سکتے ہیں اور نہ ہی دوسروں کے ساتھ قریبی تعلقات قائم کر سکتے ہیں۔

ابن ابی الدنیا نے روایت کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ نے فرمایا: اللہ کے نزدیک لوگوں میں سے پسند یدہ وہ ہے جولوگوں کو نفع پہنچانے والا ہو، اور بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک پسندیدہ اعمال میں سے یہ ہے کہ تو کسی مسلمان کو خوشی پہنچائے

تربیت پہ صحیح توجہ نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے ہمارے معاشرے میں طلاق عام ہورہی ہے۔

طلاق عام ہوگئی ہے اس عمل کو روکنا ہوگا

والدین اگر میاں بیوی کے معمولی جھگڑوں کو صلح اور محبت سے نمٹا دیں،تو نوبت طلاق تک نہ پہنچے۔

نکاح ہی نیک و صالح اولاد کے حصول کا ذریعہ ہے جو کسی بھی شخص کی زندگی کا قیمتی سرمایہ ہوتا ہے۔ صحیح تعلیم و تربیت اور اچھا ماحول انھیں میسر آئے تو یہ والدین کے لئے مرنے کے بعد بھی نیک نامی کا ذریعہ اور شرعی نقطۂ نظر سے حصول ثواب اور رفع درجات کا ذریعہ ہوتے ہیں

صحیح احادیث میں نیک اولاد کو صدقہ جاریہ کہا گیا ہے۔ نکاح کی قید اور اس کا تصور اگر ختم ہوجائے تو انسانی معاشرہ ، رحمت و مودت اور شفقت و اُلفت ، صلہ رحمی و غمگساری وغیرہ اخلاقی اقدار سے محروم ہوجائے

اسلام نے معاشرہ کی بنیاد خاندان اور اس کے خوشگوار تعلقات پر رکھی ہے اور خاندان کا دار و مدار رشتۂ نکاح پر ہے۔ یہ رشتہ جس قدر مضبوط ہوگا ، اتنا ہی پاکیزہ خاندان اور صالح معاشرہ وجود میں آئے گا ۔

اس حدیثِ پاک میں اس بات کا بیا ن ہے کہ طَلاق مَشْروع ہے یعنی دیں گے تو ہوجائے گی مگر اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک مَبْغُوض یعنی ناپسندیدہ ہے جیسا کہ بغیر عُذرِ شرعی کے فرض نماز گھر میں پڑھنا، غَصْب شُدَہ زمین میں نماز پڑھنا

ان کے افراد کے درمیان باہم ربط و تعلق پیدا ہوتا ہے ، اس سے اپنا گھر بستا اور گھریلو زندگی میں سکون و اطمینان کی دولت نصیب ہوتی ہے

نکاح اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی سنت ہے

نکاح انسانی معاشرہ کے وجود و بقا کا ایک اہم ستون ہے ۔ اس سے نہ صرف مرد و عورت کے درمیان محبت و مودت پیدا ہوتی ہے بلکہ اس سے دو خاندان ایک دوسرے سے قریب ہوتے ہیں

میں نے معاشرے میں بہت سے مجازی خداؤں کو خدائ کا دعوہ کرتے اور بلاوجہ کسی کی زندگی برباد کرتے دیکھا ھے.

حدیث:تم عورت کےساتھ عمر بھر (ایک زمانہ تک) احسان اور اچھا برتاؤ کرتےرہو،پھر تم سےوہ کوئی چیز دیکھےیعنی اتفاقاکوئی معمولی بات یا اس کی مرضی کےخلاف کوئی چیز تمہاری طرف سےپیش آجائےتو فورا کہےگی:میں نے کبھی تم سےکوئی بھلائی دیکھی ہی نہیں(صحیح بخاری)

#طلاق_ناپسندیدہ_عمل طلاق کے ناپسندیدہ ہونے کے باعث ہی شریعت نے طلاق کا اختیار عورت کو نہیں دیا کیوںکہ یہ حقیقت کون نہیں جانتا کہ عورت عام طورپر جذباتی ہوتی ہے ، معمولی باتوں سے جلد متاثر اور مشتعل ہونے کا مزاج رکھتی ہے۔

حدیث میں ارشاد گرامی ہے: ’’ بے شک اﷲ کے نزدیک حلال چیزوں میں سب سے زیادہ مبغوض ترین چیز طلاق ہے۔ ‘‘( ابوداؤد )

اگر عورت کو طلاق کا اختیار دیا جاتا تو اس بات کا قوی اندیشہ اور امکان ہوتا کہ وہ معمولی اختلاف و نا اتفاقی کی صورت میں جذباتیت سے مغلوب ہوکر ، انجام کی پرواہ کئے بغیر فوری طلاق کا قدم اُٹھائے اور اس حق کو اختیار کرکے رشتۂ نکاح کو توڑ دے۔

قرآن نے ان بیویوں کے بارے میں جو نافرمانی کی مرتکب ہوں فرمایا: ﴿فَإِن أَطَعنَكُم فَلا تَبغوا عَلَيهِنَّ سَبيلًا.. ﴿٣٤﴾… سورة النساء ’’اگر وہ تمہاری مطیع ہوجائیں تو خواہ مخواہ ان پر دست درازی کے لیے بہانے نہ کرو‘‘

حسن معاشرت کے ساتھ خوشگوار نباہ اور تعلقات ممکن نہیں رہتے بلکہ دشوار ترین ہوجاتے ہیں ،

علیحدگی ناگزیر ضرورت بن جاتی ہے۔ ایسے ہی ناگزیر حالات میں علیحدگی کے لئے شریعت نے طلاق کو مشروع کیا اور اسے جائز رکھا۔

نکاح انسانی معاشرہ کے وجود و بقا کا ایک اہم ستون ہے اس سے نہ صرف مرد و عورت کے درمیان محبت و مودت پیدا ہوتی ہے بلکہ اس سے دو خاندان ایک دوسرے سے قریب ہوتے ہیں ان کے افراد کے درمیان باہم ربط و تعلق پیدا ہوتا ہے اس سے اپنا گھر بستا

ایک روایت حضرت ثوبانؓ اس طرح نقل کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اﷲ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ’’جو عورت بھی بلا وجہ اپنے شوہر سے طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے اس پر جنت کی خوشبو حرام ہے۔ ‘‘( ترمذی )۔

میاں بیوی کے درمیان تفریق کی کوششیں شیطانی کام ہیں اور شیطان اس سے خوش ہوتا ہے ۔

یہاں تک کہ اس کے اور اس کی بیوی کے درمیان جدائی ڈال دی ، ابلیس یہ سن کر اس کو اپنے قریب کرلیتا اور سینہ سے چمٹا لیتا ہے اور کہتا ہے ’’ تم نے کیا ہی اچھا کام کیا۔ ‘‘

میرے تجربے کے مطابق پاکستان میں جو بھی این جی اوز عورتوں کو سلائی کڑھائی وغیرہ کا کام سکھاتی ہیں ان میں کام کرنے والی خواتین میں سے اکثر کو طلاق کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے ایسا لگتا ہے کہ اس کے پیچھے بھی کوئی مافیا کام کررہا ہے جس کا مقصد فحاشی ہے

خدارہ بیٹیوں کو میڈیا اور آج کل کے فتنہ ساز ڈراموں کی پہنچ سے دور رکھیں شادی سے پہلے ہی ڈراموں کے ذریعے یہ بات کوٹ کوٹ کر ذہنوں میں ڈال دی جاتی کے سسرال والے لڑکے کی تنخواہ کھا رہے ساس بہو کو کسی صورت بیٹی نہیں مانتی نند تو پیدائشی دشمن ہے

ہم یہ سمجھنے سے قاصر ہیں کہ جس طرح تالی ایک ہاتھ سے نہیں بجتی ٹھیک اسی طرح کامیاب زندگی کسی ایک پارٹنر کی کوششوں سے ممکن نہیں ، میاں بیوی کو اپنی جوڑی بچانے کیلئے ہر ممکن کوشش کرنی چاہیے

طلاق کے ناپسندیدہ ہونے کے باعث ہی شریعت نے طلاق کا اختیار عورت کو نہیں دیا کیوںکہ یہ حقیقت کون نہیں جانتا کہ عورت عام طورپر جذباتی ہوتی ہے ، معمولی باتوں سے جلد متاثر اور مشتعل ہونے کا مزاج رکھتی ہے۔

طلاق کے خلاف بولنا بھی جہاد سمجھتا ہوں میں ہمارے معاشرے کو اس برائی سے بچانا ہے یورپ کے فیملی سسٹم کی بربادی اس سے ہوئی

سورہ البقرہ میں جادو کے بارے میں یہ بات بیان ہوئی کہ شیاطین لوگوں کو اس کی تعلیم و تلقین کرتے اور اس کے ذریعہ میاں بیوی کے درمیان جدائی کروادیتے ہیں۔

میاں بیوی کے درمیان تفریق شیطانی کام ہے۔

ایک حدیث میں رسول اﷲ کا ارشاد گرامی اس طرح منقول ہے: ’’ اس شخص کا ہم سے کوئی تعلق نہیں جو عورت کو اس کے شوہر کے خلاف یا غلام کو اس کے آقا کے خلاف ورغلائے ۔ ‘‘( ابوداؤد )۔

پاکستان میں طلاق بڑھنے کی وجہ کیا ہے فحاشی یا دینی تعلیم کی کمی یا پھر ہمارے ڈرامے

نکاح تحفظ عزت کا ضامن ہے۔ پھر طلاق سے عزت ختم ہو جاتی ہے

یہ جائز و مباح ہونے کے باوجود ، حد درجہ ناپسندیدہ ہے ، اس لئے کہ نکاح کا مقصد صرف طبعی اور فطری خواہشات کی تکمیل ہی نہیں کہ جب چاہا نکاح کیا اور جب چاہا اس بندھن کو توڑ دیا۔

اس حدیثِ پاک کی شرح میں فرماتے ہیں: اَصَحْ یہ ہے کہ حاجت کے علاوہ طَلاق دینا ممنوع ہے، لفظِ مُباح اس چیز پربھی بولا جاتا ہے جو بعض اوقات میں مباح ہو، یعنی طلاق صرف اس وقت دینا مباح ہے جب اس کی حاجت و ضرورت مُتَحَقَّق ہو۔

اگر یہی چیز مقصود ہوتو نکاح کا مخصوص طریقہ اختیار کرنے اور اس کی پابندیوں کو قبول کرنے کی ضرورت باقی نہیں رہتی

حضرت آدم علیہ السلام سے لے کر رسول اﷲ تک کوئی شریعت ایسی نہیں گزری جو نکاح کی مشروعیت سے خالی رہی ہو۔ آسمانی شریعت سے ہٹ کر دیگر اقوام و مذاہب عالم میں بھی ہر مہذب قوم میں نکاح کا تصور اور اس کا کوئی نہ کوئی طریقہ پایا جاتا ہے۔

(کہ ان دونوں صورتوں میں نماز ہوجائے گی مگر اس طرح کرنے والا گناہ گار ہوگا)، اسی طرح جمعہ کے دن اذانِ جمعہ کے بعدخریدوفروخت کرنا (کہ یہ خریدوفروخت ہوجائے گی مگر کرنے والے گناہ گار ہوں گے)۔

86= The UN Rapporteurs in the May 4th letter lamented that Indian government had not responded to their earlier letters on Aug 16, 2019, and February 27, 2020, on the atrocities in Kashmir

87= The two earlier letters questioned the restrictions in Kashmir on rights of expression and assembly and dissent following Indian annexation of Kashmir.

88= In another letter on May 6th, 2020, eight Rapporteurs of UNHRC and one Vice-Chair of a Working Group raised serious concern on the new anti-terrorism law passed by Indian parliament just before Indian annexation of Kashmir in July/Aug 2019

89= UNHRC questioned the detention of any accused for an extended period of six months under the new anti-terror law

90= And as to why the burden of proof has been shifted to an accused to prove innocence on any allegation of terror.

92= The letter also raised serious concern that minorities, civil rights activists and human rights defenders in India will become extremely vulnerable under such law.

93= In another letter on February 28th, 2020, eight Rapporteurs of UNHRC and one Vice-Chair of a Working Group questioned the Indian Citizenship Act of December 2019

94= which discriminates against Muslims and bars them to get Indian citizenship whereas people from different religious beliefs who entered Indian before Dec 2014 are eligible for it

95= The letter also heavily criticise excessive use of force to quell protests against this Act which resulted in death of over 50 and injuries to hundreds.

96= Of very special and consistent concern for UNHRC has been the grave human right situation in Kashmir after its annexation. The latest UNHRC letter of May 4th, 2020 lists 14 cases with details and held that four out of these victims died during extreme torture and abuse by Indian army and police.

97= Among the worst incidents quoted in May 4th, 2020 letter by UNHRC is the case of Yawar Ahmed Bhat, a 15-year-old from Pulwama district who died on Sept 19th 2019 due to police beating and police alleged he committed suicide.

98= A similar case is of Riyaz Ahmed from Kupwarra in North Kashmir who was detained for four days in early September 2019 and was severely tortured.

99= Police told his family that he committed suicide which was challenged by relatives and mass protests erupted. A Magisterial enquiry was ordered and findings are still awaited.

100= One Irfan Ahmed Fafoo, only 20 was made to walk barefoot on broken glass after he was arrested with his 60-year-old father. In another unfortunate incident,

101= Arif Wani from Shopian district was taken to an army camp after Indian soldiers raided his house. His screams during torture were broadcast over loudspeakers to surrounding villages.

102= UNHRC Rapporteurs asked Indian government to share information about police and judicial investigation into the 14 cases listed in its letter and in other cases.

103= The Indian government has not replied to this and other letters and continues to violate UN Charter and International conventions.

104= David Kaye called on India to restore the internet facility for the incarcerated Kashmiri people.

105= He reiterated his call for a country visit to occupied Kashmir for an on-the-spot assessment of the situation

کشمیر پاکستان کے بغیر اور پاکستان کشمیر کے بغیر مکمل نہیں ہوسکتا

اس موقع پر قائد اعظمؒ کے الفاظ یاد آتے ہیں کہ ”کشمیر پاکستان کی شہ رگ ہے“۔

یہ حقیقت ہے کہ کشمیر پاکستان کی شہ رگ ہے۔ کشمیر اور پاکستان لازم و ملزوم ہیں۔جسے دنیا کی کوئی طاقت ہم سے جداء نہیں کر سکتی۔

بھارتی غیر قانونی مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کی آزادی سے پاکستان کی تکمیل ہوگی۔ بھارت مقبوضہ کشمیر کی خصوصی حیثیت ختم کر کے اپنی روایتی

بھارت مقبوضہ کشمیر کی خصوصی حیثیت ختم کر کے اپنی روایتی مکاری کا انمٹ ثبوت دے چکا ہے۔

پاکستانیوں اور کشمیریوں کے درمیان مذہبی، ثقافتی اور سماجی ہم آہنگی کی پہچان ہے

کشمیری مسلمانوں نے قیام پاکستان سے قبل ہی اپنا مستقبل نظریاتی طور پر پاکستان کے ساتھ وابستہ کر دیا تھا۔

ہمیں اس تاریخی فیصلے پر فخر ہے کیونکہ اہل پاکستان نے آزمائش اور مشکل کے ہر لمحے میں کشمیری عوام کو کبھی تنہا نہیں چھوڑا

دنیا کو بتا دیں کہ کشمیر کل بھی ہمارا تھا اور کشمیر آج بھی ہمارا ہے

کشمیری عوام کے ساتھ تھے،ہیں اوررہیں گے۔کشمیر کا بچہ بچہ پاکستان کے شانہ بشانہ ہے۔

چونکہ پاکستان کے کار پردازوں کوبھارت پر کبھی اعتماد نہیں رہااور ایک قسم کاخوف بھی طاری رہا۔

اس لیے انھوں نے کوشش کی کہ کوئی تیسرا فریق مداخلت کر کے مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل میں مدد دے

کشمیر کے تنازعہ کی ابتدا میں ہی یعنی 1947ء میں قائداعظم محمد علی جناح نے جو پاکستان کے پہلے گورنرجنرل تھے،

برطانیہ سے مداخلت کی درخواست کی کہ وہ اس مسئلہ میں مداخلت کرے تاکہ دولت مشترکہ کے ممبر دو ممالک کے درمیان اختلافات طے ہو سکیں

لیکن بھارتی ہٹ دھرمی کہ وہ کسی تیسری قوت کی مداخلت

جو کہ اْس وقت سے لے کر آج تک کشمیر کا معاملہ لٹکاہوا ہے جبکہ بھارت کشمیر کے مسئلہ کا حل نہیں چاہتا ہے۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارت کے ظلم و استبداد انتہا کو پہنچ چکے ہیں اور جموں و کشمیر کی الگ حیثیت ختم کرکے مودی سرکار اپنی ہٹ دھرمی کا انمٹ ثبوت دے چکی ہے۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کیلئے تحریک پاکستان کے جذبے کی ضرورت ہے

7 194 ء  کے بعد قوم آج پھر اسی آزمائش سے گزر رہی ہے۔ ہمیں آج پھر اپنے ذاتی اختلافات کو بھلا کر ایک ہونا ہوگا۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارتی افواج نے ظلم وجبر کا ایسا کوئی ہتھکنڈہ نہیں چھوڑا جو بے گناہ اور بے سروسامان کشمیری عوام پر آزمایا نہ گیا ہو لیکن کشمیری عوام جرات، پامردگی اور حوصلے سے اپنے موقف پر قائم ہیں۔

انہوں نے اپنے نصب العین کونہیں چھوڑا۔ وہ کسی بھی صورت میں اپنے موقف سے دستبردار نہیں ہونگے۔

برہان مظفر وانی شہید کے مشن کو لے کر نوجوان نسل سر بکف ہو گئی ہے۔بھارت مقبوضہ کشمیر میں کشمیریوں کی نسل کشی کامکروہ فعل بند کرے

گجرات کا قصائی نریندرمودی مقبوضہ کشمیر کا قصاب بن چکا ہے۔

کشمیریوں کی لازوال قربانیوں کے بعد اب وہ دن دور نہیں جب کشمیر پاکستان کا حصہ بنے گا۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں کشمیری مسلمان ہر روز بھارتی ظلم وستم کا نشانہ بن رہے ہیں لیکن اس کے باوجود ان کی زبان پر ایک ہی نعرہ ہے ”کشمیر بنے گا پاکستان“۔

بھارت کے حالیہ انتہاپسندانہ اقدامات کے بعد نہ صرف مقبوضہ کشمیر کو بھارتی تسلط سے آزادی ملے گی بلکہ بھارت بھی ٹکڑے ٹکڑے ہو جائے گا

اس کی بنیاد رکھ دی گئی ہے اور ایسا ہونے میں کوئی زیادہ عرصہ بھی نہیں لگے گ

بھارت کے اندر ایسی تحریک شروع ہو چکی ہے جو اب اس کے قابو میں نہیں آ رہی ہے۔مقبوضہ

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں کرفیو نافذ ہوئے 200سے زائد دن ہو چکے ہیں مگر بھارت اپنے مقاصد کے حصول میں ایک فیصد بھی کامیاب نہیں ہو سکا ہے

کشمیریوں کا جذبہئ حریت جواں ہے اور وہ اپنی تحریک اسی شدت سے جاری رکھے ہوئے ہیں

انشاء اللہ کشمیریوں کی تحریک جلد کامیابی سے ہمکنار ہو گی۔ بھارت نے 13 ماہ سے زائد عرصہ سے  لاکھوں کشمیریوں کو کرفیوکے ذریعے بھوکا پیاسا قید کر رکھا ہے

لیکن بہادر کشمیری آج بھی آزادی کے لیے دس لاکھ بھارتی فوج کے سامنے ڈٹے ہوئے ہیں۔

ہم بھارت پر واضح کرتے ہیں کہ وہ کشمیریوں کے بنیادی حق،حق خودارادیت میں رکاوٹ نہ بنے بلکہ سنجیدگی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے مذاکرات کے ذریعے اس مسئلہ کو حل کرے۔

کشمیری عوام ریاست جموں و کشمیر کو ناقابل تقسیم وحدت سمجھتے ہیں۔

ہم یہ واضح کر دینا چاہتے ہیں کہ کشمیری عوام کیلئے وہی حل قابل قبول ہو گا جو کشمیری عوام کی خواہشات اور اقوام متحد ہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق ہو گا اور یہی اس کادیر پا اور پائیدار حل ہو گا۔

یہ امر بھی قابلِ توجہ ہے کہ پاکستان نے کبھی یہ نہیں کہا کہ کشمیر کو پاکستان کے حوالے کر دیا جائے

بلکہ پاکستانی عوام اور حکومتوں کا تو ہمیشہ سے یہ موقف رہا ہے کہ اقوامِ متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق کشمیریوں کی رائے معلوم کر لی جائے

وہ اپنا مستقبل کیسا چاہتے ہیں مگر دہلی کا بالا دست طبقہ چونکہ بخوبی جانتا ہے کہ کشمیری عوام ہر قیمت پر بھارت سے نجات کے خواہاں ہیں

اسی وجہ سے بھارت سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں کو نہیں مان رہا اور امریکہ سمیت عالمی برادری کے اکثر حلقے سب کچھ جانتے ہوئے بھی چشم پوشی کا مظاہرہ کر رہے ہیں۔

ایسٹ تیمور،جنوبی سوڈان،لیبیا،عراق اور شام کی بابت تو سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں کے نام پر ہر قسم کا سخت رویہ روا رکھا جاتا ہے مگر بھارتی حکمرانوں سے ان کے دوہرِیمعیار کی بابت کوئی باز پرس نہیں ہوتی۔

اقوام متحدہ بھی اپنی قراردادوں پر عملدرآمد کرائے۔ کشمیر کا جو حصہ آزاد نہیں ہوا کشمیریوں کا ان کا بنیادی حق خود ارادیت دیا جائے

تاکہ کشمیری آزادی سے زندگی بسر کر سکیں۔اقوام متحدہ یہودیوں کی ایجنٹ بننے کے بجائے اپنی قراردادوں پو عملدرآمد کروائے۔  

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں جو ظلم و ستم ہو رہا ہے اسرائیل میں بھی اس کی مثال نہیں ملتی۔عالمی برادری فوری نوٹس لے

غیرقانونی طورپربھارت کے زیر قبضہ جموں وکشمیر میں جموں وکشمیر پیپلز ایسوسی ایشن نے کہا ہے کہ جعلی مقابلے کشمیر میں ایک نیا معمول بن چکے ہیں

جن میں بھارتی فورسزکشمیری مسلمانوں کی نسل کشی کررہی ہے۔

کشمیر میڈیا سروس کے مطابق جموں وکشمیر پیپلز ایسوسی ایشن کے چیئرمین عاقب وانی نے جموں میں جاری ایک بیان میں کہا کہ وقت آگیا ہے کہ امن پسند اور مہذب اقوام مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی سنگین پامالیوں اور جعلی مقابلوں کے بڑھتے ہوئے رجحانات کا نوٹس لیں

انہوں نے کہاکہ مقبوضہ جموں وکشمیر میں انسانی زندگیوں کی کوئی قدر نہیں اور نہتے شہریوں کو جعلی مقابلوں میں شہید کیا جارہا ہے۔

عاقب وانی نے کہا کہ سوشل میڈیا پر شہید نوجوانوں کے لواحقین کی ویڈیوز پتھر کے دلوں کو بھی پگھلا دیتی ہیں

لیکن ظالم بھارتی حکومت اس گھناﺅنے جرم کو روکنے کے بجائے خوشیاں منا رہی ہے

اور اس نے قتل و غارت اورظلم وجبرکی پالیسی اختیارکررکھی ہے

انہوں نے انسانی حقوق کی عالمی تنظیموں اور امن پسند معاشروں سے اپیل کی کہ وہ بے گناہ اور نہتے کشمیریوں کو بچانے کے لئے مودی کی فسطائی حکومت پر دباو ڈالیں

مقبوضہ جموں وکشمیر میں جعلی مقابلے ایک نیا معمول بن چکے ہیں

: وہ کشمیر میں موت اورتباہی کے اس گھناونے ڈرامے کو بند کرے

ایک تجزیاتی رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ کشمیری بھی انسان ہیں اور دنیا کو ان کی پریشانیوں کے خاتمے کے لئے توجہ دینے کی ضرورت ہے..

غیر قانونی طورپر بھارت کے زیر قبضہ جموں وکشمیر میں ہندوتوا ایجنڈے کو آگے بڑھانے والی بھارتی حکومت نے قتل وغارت ، جبری گرفتاریوں ، کرفیو ، کریک ڈاون اور محاصروں اور تلاشی کی کارروائیوں سے کشمیریوں کی زندگی جہنم بنادی ہے۔

کیونکہ کشمیریوں کی زندگیاں بھی اہم ہیں۔

انٹرویوز اور بیانات میں کہا گیا ہے کہ مقبوضہ جموں وکشمیرکو 5 اگست 2019 سے 80 لاکھ باشندوں کے لئے ایک کھلی جیل میں تبدیل کردیا گیا ہے

ان کا کہنا ہے کہ مقبوضہ علاقے میں سانحات اور صدموں کی لازوال کہانیاں سامنے آرہی ہیں

کیونکہ نریندر مودی مقبوضہ جموں وکشمیر میں ہندوتوا ایجنڈا نافذ کرنے کے لئے تمام کشمیری مسلمانوں کو قتل کرنا چاہتا ہے

رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اگرچہ مودی حکومت کشمیریوں کو جعلی مقابلوں ، دوران حراست اور ماورائے عدالت قتل کرکے اور کشمیری نظربندوں کو بھارتی جیلوںمیں منتقل کرکے جنگی جرائم کا ارتکات کررہی ہے

پھر بھی کشمیری اپنی آزادی کے لئے پرعزم ہیں اور وہ آج اس تجدید عہد کے ساتھ یوم حق خود ارادیت منارہے ہیں

جدوجہد آزادی کو بھارتی تسلط سے مکمل آزادی تک جاری رکھا جائے گا۔

کشمیر میڈیا سروس کے مطابق یہ دن منانے کا مقصد عالمی برادری کو اس بات کی یاد دہانی کرانا ہے

سات دہائیوں سے زائد کا عرصہ گزر جانے کے باوجود جموں و کشمیر کے بارے میں اقوا م متحدہ کی قراردادوں پر عملدرآمد نہیں ہواہے۔

آج دنیا بھر میں ریلیوں ، سیمیناروں اور کانفرنسوں کا انعقاد کیا جائے گا

تاکہ اقوام متحدہ کو یاد دلایا جاسکے کہ وہ تنازعہ کشمیر کے حل کے لیے اپنی قراردادوں پر عملدرآمد کرائے

اور کشمیریوں کو بھارتی جبر و استبداد سے نجات دلائے ۔

یاد رہے کہ اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل نے 5جنوری 1949ء کو ایک قرارداد منظور کی تھی

جس میں کشمیریوں کے حق خود ارادیت کو تسلیم کیا گیا تھا

تاہم یہ امر افسوسناک ہے کہ عالمی ادارہ اپنی منظورکردہ قراردادوں پر ابھی تک عمل درآمد نہیں کرا سکا ہے

جس کی وجہ سے کشمیری مسلسل شدید مشکلات کا شکار ہے اور بھارت کشمیریوں کو اپنے پیدائشی حق، حق خود ارادیت کا مطالبہ کرنے پر بدترین ریاستی دہشت گردی اور مظالم کا نشانہ بنا رہا ہے۔

کشمیر پاکستان کے بغیر اور پاکستان کشمیر کے بغیر مکمل نہیں ہوسکتا۔

23-: یہ اجتماعیت گزرتے دن کے ساتھ قوی ہوتی جائے گی، کیونکہ غالب تو اللہ کے دین کو ہی آنا ہے، چاہے کسی کے رضامندی ہو یا بیزاری
